The Nova Effect explained

Hi! Hello! The Nova Effect, a rather unknown effect, states that one specific thing happening at one specific time leads/branches off into several more specific things happening at specific times. To best explain this, I am going to tell you readers a story, one that is similar to the original story used to explain this effect.

In 2015, a man was taking a morning walk when he found a stray dog. He decided that he was going to try to find the owner of the dog, if there was one. Months later, he could not find the owner, until one day when he was walking the dog. A women walked past him on a sidewalk to find that he had her missing dog. She asked the man about the dog to which he replied, “Is this your dog? I’ve been trying to find the owner for months at this point!” She went on to explain that he indeed had her dog.

How dogs contribute to your health and happinessEven though she was slightly confused, she was still kind about the incident, and the man invited her over for morning tea. That morning, they talked for hours on end, until the women finally realized she was late for work. She left the home, but returned the next day, only to forget about work again. She continued this trend, up until the man eventually confessed his love for the woman, and they got married.

A few years later, the man was driving to pick up his wife from work. It was Valentine’s Day, and they were planning to go on a date. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen. Instead, the man was knocked unconscious in a terrible car accident.

Later, when he woke up in a hospital, a doctor rushed over to him. “So, I have some good news and bad news. And, they’re kind of the same news,” The doctor explained. So, when the man asked what the news was, the doctor followed with, “The bad news is that we found a tumor in your brain, but the good news is also that we foun5 Questions to Ask When Selecting a New Physiciand a tumor in your brain.” Confused, the man asked why this was good news. The doctor went on to explain that if the man had gone one more week without a brain cancer diagnosis, he likely would have died. So, he immediately had a tumor removal surgery done on him, and to this day he lives a happy life with is wife and three children.

If the man didn’t find the stray dog, he wouldn’t have met the love of his life. If he would not have met the love of his life, he wouldn’t have been driving to pick her up from work. If he didn’t drive to her wife’s office, he wouldn’t have gotten into the accident. And finally, if he didn’t get in the car accident, he would have died of brain cancer. So, in a way, that one day in which the man found the stray dog was precisely the event that saved his life.
